5. CARE AND MAINTENANCE
5.1. Daily maintenance
Check the overall condition of the welding torch, remove all welding spatters from the contact
tip and clean the gas nozzle. Replace worn and damaged parts immediately.
Check the all the components of the Welding circuit: welding torch, earth cable, earth clamp,
sockets and all connections.
Check the feeding rollers, the pressure rollers and the inlet nozzle for dirt, clean if necessary.
5.2. Periodic maintenance
Regular maintenance work should only be carried out by qualified persons.
Pull the power plug out of the power socket before maintenance.
5.2.1. Monthly maintenance
Clean the internal parts of your machine with a soft brush and a vacuum cleaner.
Blow out the interior of the device with dry and reduced compressed air.
5.2.2. Maintenance every 12 months
It is recommended to have a safety check carried out on the device every 12 months. Follow
the relevant national and international standards and guidelines for the technical safety
check.
The manufacturer recommends calibration of power sources within the same 12 month
interval.
5.3. Disposal of the machine
Do not dispose of electrical equipment together with the normal waste!
In observance of European Directive about Disposal electrical and
electronic equipment and its implementation in accordance with national
law, electrical equipment that has reached end of its life must be
collected separately and returned to an environmentally compatible
recycling facility.
