7.14 BRAKE SYSTEM
The aircraft has a single disc, hydraulically actuated brake on each main landing gear wheel.
Each brake is connected by a hydraulic line to a master cylinder attached to the respective rudder
pedal. Each brake is thus independently operated by pushing the top part of the corresponding
rudder pedal. When the aircraft is parked, both main wheel brakes may be set by lifting up the
park brake knob located on the centre console up then pushing both brakes ON. To release the
park brakes, push the park brake knob down.
CAUTION:
CHECK PARK BRAKE IS OFF PRIOR TO LANDING.
