Other functions include:
1. Output queue aging time:
Set output queue aging time as200ms, 400ms, 600ms, 800ms, Disable means shutdown.
2. VLAN transparent transmit:
After enabling this function, though the two ports are not in the same VLAN, the unicast
packet whose destination MAC is known will be transmitted to destination port.
3. Enable IGMP snooping VLAN:
