Step 2 - Remove Front Door
Remove six (6) screws inside door
using a Phillips screwdriver
Remove Steel Door Frame and
Acrylic Window by pushing it out
of the frame.
Step 1 - Remove the Outer
Panel Assembly
four (4) flat head screws using a
2.5mm hex driver
Remove the following screws:
from the Outer Panel Assembly
Once the screws are removed
gently pull the Outer Panel
Assembly back and away from
the body of the Z18
Grab spine of Door Frame and
bend towards and pull to detach
from slot.Pin and remove Door
Assembly
NOTE: Only follow these steps if
your Dowel Hinge Pin is glued to
the Front Door frame. If its not
glued just remove Dowel Hinge
