Part 6: Washing Module Maintenance

Electrocution hazard
Multiple power sources. Disconnect all power sources before servicing.

irst steps:
1. Disconnect power source from both MicroCal iTC
200
and Washing Module
2. Disconnect bottom tube.
Pull tubing from metal fitting.
3. Disconnect filter (bayonet fitting) from top tube.
Quick disconnect quarter turn.
4. Remove any liquid from tubes, using syringe.
5. Fit new filter and replace tubes.
6. Test that the Washing Module functions properly.
