when
Shutter
speed
dial
is
set
to
the
slow
speed
than
1/4.
b.
Position
the
pin
of
TL1471
Anchor
escapement
off
gear
as
shown
in
Fig.
3.
c.
Confirm
the
operation
of
the
shutter
and
accuracy
of
the
suutcer
speed
after
assembling.
d.
Fix
Screw
built
into
Governor
and
Anchor
escapement
off
gear
by
applying
cement.
