Checking the oil pressure transmitter by measuring the resistance

If the oil pressure transmitter is to be checked, the oil pressure must be measured with a second, indepen-
dent instrument. Disconnect the gauge from the transmitter. Measure the resistance and compare it with
the calibrated curves.
