A3 - Check greasing of telescopic
boom sliding blocks
Extract telescopic boom completely and
check to make sure the telescopic boom sli-
ding blocks are greased properly (if they are
to be greased, see point B5).
A4 - Inspection of the safety system
To check the way the safety system works,
use a measuring cord and a level to check
the arm angle (A) and length (L) indicati-
ons.
Then lift a known weight with the fork arms
closed and make sure that the load reading
in the system is correct.
Lastly, extend the load (keeping it about
0.5 meters from the ground) then make
sure that it reaches the limit established by
the diagram and that the machine blocks
the load bearing movements when the
safety system activates.

A3 - Controllare i pattini del braccio
telescopico
Sfilare completamente il braccio telescopi-
co e verificare il corretto ingrassaggio dei
pattini del braccio telescopico (se fossero
da ingrassare vedere punto B5 ).
A4 - Verifica del sistema di sicurezza.
Verificare con l’aiuto di una corda metrica e
di una livella le indicazioni di lunghezza (L)
ed angolo (A) braccio.
Verificare poi il funzionamento del sistema
di sicurezza sollevando un peso noto, con
forche a braccio chiuso, e controllando che
la lettura del carico sul sistema sia corretta.
Infine sfilare il carico (mantenendolo a circa
0,5 metri dal suolo) e controllare che raggi-
unga il limite prestabilito dal diagramma e
che la macchina blocchi i movimenti aggra-
vanti all’intervento del sistema di sicurezza.

teleskopowego
Wysunąć całkowicie wysięgnik teles-
kopowy i sprawdzić, czy jego prowadniki są
nasmarowane prawidłowo (jeżeli koniecz-
ne jest ich nasmarowanie, patrz punkt B5).
A4 - Kontrola systemu bezpieczeństwa.
Sprawdzić, za pomocą taśmy mierniczej i
poziomnicy, wskazania długości (L) i kąta
(A) wysięgnika.
Następnie sprawdzić działanie systemu
bezpieczeństwa podnosząc znany ciężar,
na widłach przy wsuniętym wysięgniku,
sprawdzając czy odczyt ciężaru w systemie
jest prawidłowy.
Na koniec wysunąć ładunek (utrzymując go
około 0,5 metra nad podłożem) i sprawdzić,
czy osiąga granicę ustaloną na wykresie i
czy maszyna blokuje ruchy powodujące
przeciążenie w wyniku zadziałania systemu
bezpieczeństwa.
