3.16.5 Removing and fitting the boiler burner
Component
XXXX Boiler burner
Tools required
10mm socket wrench
Right-angled ratchet wrench extension
Requirements
Check that the following requirements have been met:
The appliance has been disconnected from the power supply and protective measures taken to
ensure the power cannot be switched on again.
The gas supply has been shut off.
The left-hand side panel has been removed.
The boiler burner fan has been removed.
Removing the boiler burner
1. Use a 10mm ratchet wrench with right-angled extension to undo
the six screws.
2.
Remove the boiler burner.
Fitting the boiler burner
Follow the steps in the reverse order to fit the boiler burner.

Push the hose clip downwards when fitting the boiler burner.
