Press <START> to begin the calibration sequence. The unit will
purge the line to clear it of any obstructions and to remove residual
fluid. I t will then begin drawing t he sample. M ake sure t o have t he
discharge side of the pump tubing directed into a measuring
container. T he sample will be deposited, and the unit will again
purge the line. Measure the sample as precisely as possible.

The sampler will now prompt t he user to enter the amount of liquid
collected in the container. If the amount of volume is correct
the calibration is complete. Press <ENTER> ,
If the amount collected is not correct, enter the collected amount and
re-run the calibration sequence. T he sampler uses t his information t o
adjsut itself to draw the correct amount. If after running the calibration
several times, and the sample volume is still not correct, check the *99
Mode to verify parameters that could affect the accuracy of the sample
volume are entered correctly (i.e., Draw Height, Intake Hose Length,
etc.). If they are confirmed accurate, call the Manning Service
Department fo r assistance. T he unit will return to t he SAMPLER
READY prompt after calibration.
