Start driving the motorcycle
Firmly press the clutch lever, wait a little moment, press down the gear lever to
engage the first gear, rotate the accelerator grip slowly to you and smoothly and
slowly release the clutch lever. When the clutch is engaged, the motorcycle will
move forward.
To change into a higher gear, release the accelerator and, at the same time, pull
the clutch lever and shift the gear lever to the next gear position Release the
clutch lever, and smoothly rotate the accelerator to gain speed. In this way, the
highest gear can be engaged gradually.
Driving on a slope or slowing down:
To shift from a high gear to a low gear reverse the procedure mentioned above.
Be careful not to engage a lower gear before reducing speed to a suitable level.
Precaution
Start the engine with the transmission in neutral position, the clutch engaged
and driver sitting in the normal riding position.
