Adjustment of throttle cable free play

Loosen the locking nut.
2.
Rotate the adjuster to make the wire clearance between 0.5 - 1.0 mm.
3.
After clearance adjustment, tighten the locking nut once again.
Adjustment of clutch cable (free play)
Clutch adjustment is made by adjusting the tension of the cable from the clutch
lever to the clutch operating lever on the engine. The cable clearance measured
at clutch lever shall be 4 mm. If the clutch cable clearance is found incorrect,
carry out adjustment as follows.
After accelerator cable adjustment, check the operation of accelerator grip.
Engine idle speed should not increase due to the adjustment, and the grip shall
return to the closed position automatically.
