      Jerome SanfordAug 22, 2025
First, ensure the unit is plugged into a working 120V AC outlet and that the power converter brick has a lit green LED. If so, check that the power switch is in the ON position; if there's still no power, check continuity on the power switch. Also, remove the right side disk and check the power LED on the lower control board (labeled RL). If the LED isn't lit, ensure the console communication cable is plugged into the LCB and check for power at the lower communication cable. Finally, remove the console, unplug the RJ45 console communication cable, and measure voltage at the white and blue wires (should be 12 Volts). If the issue persists after these steps, replace the console communication cable.

Start by checking the coax connection at the entertainment port. If the issue persists, remove the 4 screws holding the console to the console mast and inspect the coax connection at the console. Try plugging the coax cable directly into the back of the console, bypassing the entertainment port; if this resolves the problem, replace the internal coax cable. If the issue remains, test the coax cable with a known working television. If the coax cable is good, replace the console.
