E. Console Setup for Audio Receiver
1. To enter Manager Mode, press and hold down the Quick Speed 2 and Quick Elevation 2 keys, and set the Input Source to REMOTE TV
(Figure A ~ C).
2. Insert headphones into the T5x headphone jack for access to audio (Figure D).
3. Press the GO key to start the workout. Press the volume/channel up and down key to control audio (Figure D).
