6. Unplug the harness and remove the two (2) mounting bolts. Now you
can remove the motor.
Removing the Splutch
WARNING
Electrical Shock Hazard
Disconnect power before servicing.
Replace all parts and panels before operating.
Failure to do so can result in death or electrical shock.
1. Unplug washer or disconnect power.
2. Turn off the water supply to the washer.
3. Complete the steps 3-6 from section Removing the Drive Belt and
Motor.
4. Hold the splutch pulley and remove the mounting nut.
5. Lift off the pulley.
6. Complete the steps 3-7 from section Removing the Shifter.
7. Unsnap the six (6) tabs (three (3) tabs are shown in illustration) that
secure the splutch housing and lift off.
