Maintenance Schedule
1. After the fi rst 12 hours of use:
a. Make sure all retaining hardware is installed.
Check the tightness of all the bolts, especially
those on the C-springs. Torque specifi cations are
listed in the Bolt Torque Chart in this manual.
Cotter pin and hairpin clips.
Wheel retainer bolts.
Hinge pin and hitch pin retainer bolts.
Bridge pins.
Retainer pins with wire retainer clips.
b. Check the gang arbor bolt torque which is defi ned
in the “Disk Gang and Blades” section.
