Note: Perform step 1 to dismantle the nut displacement detection board connection FFC, perform steps 1
and 2 to dismantle the nut displacement detection board, perform steps 1-10 to dismantle the clutch motor,
and perform steps 2 and 11-12 to dismantle the drive head board connection FFC.
1) Remove the two combination screws fastening the HP-30 sliding seat end cover (4), take down the HP-30
sliding seat end cover (4), and disconnect the nut displacement detection board connection FFC (3) from
the nut displacement detection PCBA (1).
2) After removing the two combination screws (2), lift the nut displacement detection PCBA (1) upwards,
unplug the drive head board connection FFC (19), and take down the nut displacement detection PCBA (1).
3) Remove the snap ring (17), and dismantle the gear G4 (16).
4) Remove the two combination screws (5) that fasten the lead screw bearing, pull out the HP-30 drive lead
screw (6) together with the bearing from the HP-30 rack (15). Before dismantling the drive lead screw,
ensure that the clutch nut is at the open position.
5) Take down the HP-30 clutch drive nut limit shaft (7).
6) Remove the two small pan head screws (13) from the HP-30 clutch drive nut (11), and take down the clutch
nut sliding plate (12).
7) Take down the two clutch nut pull rods (10).
8) Remove the HP-30 clutch drive nut (11) and HP-30 clutch pressure spring (9) from the HP-30 nut sliding
seat (14) in sequence.
9) Use a slot type screwdriver to rotate the HP-30 clutch drive lead screw (20) clockwise until the HP-30
clutch drive nut (8) separates from the clutch drive lead screw (20), and remove the clutch drive nut.
10) Pull the stepper motor (21) upwards to remove it from the HP-30 nut sliding seat (14).
11) After removing the two combination screws fastening the HP-30 hollow pipe (18), pull out the hollow pipe
from the HP-30 nut sliding seat (14).
12) Pull out the drive head board connection FFC (21) from the HP-30 hollow pipe (18). During the operation,
be careful not to damage the FFC.
