Use a pin or a small screwdriver to set the DIP switches on the connector to left, right, right, left, as shown. This
configures the adapter to draw power from the USB connection. (Other documentation suggests left, right, left, right,
which draws power from the MEGA65. The USB setting worked fine for me.)
