3. Remove the Upper and Lower Bill Transport Covers from the Transport
Module. Follow the steps described in Section 4.1 to open the Transport
Covers. Then, carefully pull the Transport Housing “hinge-tab” until enough
clearance is gained such that the Transport Cover can be physically removed
from the rest of the Transport Assembly. Start with the Upper Cover first, then
Lower.

4. With the Upper Transport Cover removed, clean the prisms and lightpipes on
both sides with a lint-free swab or cloth. Using a 5% Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA)
solution and lint-free cloth, clean the Transport rollers of any build-up (Images
32 and 33).
