NOTE:
1. The salt container must only be filled when the warning light for salt on the control panel is on. The
warning light for salt can continue to shine after the salt container has been filled, depending on
how well the salt is dissolved.
2. Run a quick programme or rinse programme to remove the salt if any salt has been spilled.
FILLING RINSING AGENT
Container for rinsing agent
The rinsing agent is released during the last rinse and prevents the water forming droplets that can leave
stains and stripes on the contents in the dishwasher. It also accelerates the drying, in that the water runs
off the dishes. The container for the rinsing agent is placed on the inside of the door panel beside the
compartment for dishwasher detergent. Fill the container by removing the cap and pouring rinsing agent
into the container until the level indicator becomes completely black. The container contains approx.
110 ml.
NOTE:
Only use rinsing agent intended for dishwashers. Never fill the container with any other product (e.g.
dishwasher detergent or liquid detergent). This can damage the machine.
When to fill rinsing agent
If there is no warning light for rinsing agent on the control panel, the level indicator "C" beside the door
panel shows how much rinsing agent is left. The indicator is completely black when the container for
rinsing agent is full. As the amount of rinsing agent reduces, the black dot goes smaller. The container for
rinsing agent must always be at least 1/4 full.
When the amount of rinsing agent is reduced
the black dot in the level indicator gets smaller,
as shown in the diagram below.
