ACK Time (TACK)
This is the time that the phone waits to receive a "3" or "5" call acceptance from the call centre
before it considers the call bad and retries the next number on the list. The default value is 1
minute. This means that there can be no music on hold for longer than the ACK time as the
phone will then retry with the next number in the list. If this is the same as the first attempt,
the call will return to the beginning of the call queue.
Therefore, it is important that calls are taken before ACK time. The maximum call
duration (parameter 13, 3 minutes by default) must always be greater than the ACK
time (TLL>TACK). The ACK time is only effective when parameter 22 is set to 1 or 2.
Alarm call protocol
This parameter sets the protocol to be used in the alarm call for each phone number. The
default value is 0 (Merak protocol).
Set number of rings in incoming call
Set ring number before picking up the call, default value is 3 and must be greater than or equal
to 2 rings. When you pick up the call, the MEP2L plays the locution "Enter command
