DIAMETER GEAR CASE
Checking Gear Case Lubricant Level and Refilling Gear Case
1 Place outboard in a vertical operating position.
2 Remove vent plug (a).
3 Place lubricant tube (b) into the fill hole and add lubricant until it appears at the
vent hole (c).
IMPORTANT: Replace sealing washers if damaged.
4 Stop adding lubricant. Install the vent plug and sealing washer (a) before
removing the lubricant tube.
5 Remove lubricant tube and reinstall cleaned fill/drain plug and sealing washer (d).

LUBRIFICATION DU CARTER D’ENGRENAGE - CARTER
D’ENGRENAGE DE 83 MM DE DIAMETRE
Remplissage du carter d’engrenage et vérification du niveau de
lubrifiant
1 Mettez le moteur hors–bord en position verticale (position de fonctionnement).
2 Retirez le bouchon de prise d’air (a).
3 Placez le tube de lubrification (b) dans l’orifice de vidange et ajoutez du
lubrifiant jusqu’à ce que ce dernier apparaisse dans la prise d’air avant (c).
IMPORTANT: Remplacez les rondelles d’étanchéité si elles sont
endommagées.
4 Arrêtez d’ajouter du lubrifiant. Installez de nouveau le bouchon de la prise d’air
et la rondelle d’étanchéité (a) avant de retirer le tube de lubrification.
5 Retirez le tube de lubrification et remettez le bouchon de vidange et sa rondelle
d’étanchéité (d).

Revisión del nivel de lubricante y llenado de la caja de
engranajes
1 Coloque el motor fuera de borda en posición vertical.
2 Retire el tapón de ventilación (a).
3 Coloque el tubo de lubricante (b) en el agujero de llenado y agregue lubricante
hasta que aparezca lubricante por el agujero de ventilación (c).
IMPORTANTE: Cambie las arandelas de sellado si están dañadas.
4 Deje de añadir lubricante. Vuelva a instalar el tapón de ventilación y arandela
de sellado (a) antes de retirar el tubo de lubricante.
5 Retire el tubo de lubricante y vuelva a instalar el tapón de llenado/drenaje
limpio y la arandela de sellado (d).

LUBRIFICAÇÃO DA CAIXA DE ENGRENAGENS - CAIXA
DE ENGRENAGEM DE 83 MM
Verificação do Nível do Lubrificante e Reabastecimento da Caixa
de Engrenagens
1 Coloque o motor de popa na posição vertical de operação.
2 Remova a tampa do suspiro (a).
3 Coloque o tubo de lubrificação (b) dentro do orifício de abastecimento e
adicione lubrificante até que ele apareça no orifício do suspiro (c).
IMPORTANTE: Troque as arruelas de vedação, se estiverem danificadas.
4 Encerre a colocação de lubrificante. Recoloque a tampa do suspiro traseiro
e a arruela de vedação (a) antes de retirar o tubo de lubrificação.
5 Retire o tubo de lubrificação e recoloque a tampa limpa de
abastecimento/drenagem e a arruela de vedação (d).
