7. Remove the dipstick and observe the oil level. Add oil as necessary to
reach the target oil level (1/2 to 2/3 above the bottom of the dipstick
crosshatch or ADD mark).
8. Install the dipstick and oil fill cap hand‑tight.
9. Close the hood.
