8. Tighten the filter securely by hand. Do not overtighten.

a - Oil filter sealing ring
9. Remove the oil filler cap (port or starboard).
10.Add oil to bring level up to, but not over, the "OK RANGE" mark
on the dipstick.
IMPORTANT: Always use the dipstick to determine exactly how
much oil is required.
