2. Oil should be up to the bottom of the fill hole. A low oil level
indicates that there is an internal problem and that you should
contact your authorized Mercury Marine dealer for appropriate
service. Do not operate engine if this oil level is low.

WARNING
Avoid personal injury and burns from hot engine coolant. Allow
the engine to cool down before removing the coolant pressure
cap. A sudden loss of pressure could cause hot coolant to boil
and discharge violently.
IMPORTANT: Check engine coolant before starting engine.
