OPERATION MANUAL
PROBLEM POSSIBLE CAUSES CORRECTION
Material bend is uneven
1. Clamp setting wrong for
the material thickness.
2. Finger edges are uneven
Re-adjust cam settings
Adjust pan clearance
Adjust ngers
No Clamping Pressure relief valve is
blocked
Failure in the pressure relief

* Clean valve
