measurements (see Figure 28).
– Impedance spectroscopy measurements
Impedance spectroscopy measurements are possible using similar settings as those
defined in the Hardware setup of NOVA. A dedicated command,
FRA
measurement external
is available in the Measurement – Impedance group of
commands.
To perform a frequency scan using the external electronic load, drag and drop the
FRA measurement external
command into the procedure editor (see Figure 29).
Impedance spectroscopy measurements require the definition of a DC setpoint
on the electronic load. This can be done by using the methods indicated in
Sections 10 and 11.
