5.3.5 SYNCHRONIZATION JUMP WIDTH
The Synchronization Jump Width (SJW) is the maximum amount that PHSEG1 and PHSEG2
can be adjusted during resynchronization. SJW is programmable (see Table 5 -1 and Table 5 - 2).
