Preparation
Sit on a back-supported chair and keep your legs uncrossed. / Usiądź na krześle
wspieranym plecami i nie rozstawiaj nóg. / Сядьте, не скрещивая ноги, на стул
со спинкой. / Седнете на стол с облегалка и не кръстосвайте краката си. /
Așezați-va intr-un scaun cu spatar și nu încrucișați picioarele / Sedněte si na židli
s opěrkou a nepřekřižujte nohy. / Sadnite si na stoličku s opierkou a neprekrižujte
si nohy. / Usedite se na stol s podprtim hrbtom in nogami na tleh (ne prekrižajte

Fit the cuff closely, but not too tight. / Zaciśnij mankiet dokładnie, jednak
niezbyt silnie. / Поместите манжету так, чтобы она плотно, но не туго
прилегала. / Стегнете добре маншета, но не твърде много. / Fixați manseta
ferm dar nu prea stransă / Nasaďte manžetu těsně, ale ne příliš těsně. /
Nasaďte manžetu tesne, ale nie príliš tesne. / Manšeto dobro namestite, vendar
ne pretesno. / Dobro zategnite manžetnu, ali ne previše stegnuto. / Rögzítse
a mandzsettát szorosan, de ne feszítse meg túl erősen! / Postavite manžetu
blizu, ali ne pretijesno.
Avoid thick or close-fitting garments on the upper arm. / Unikaj grubej lub
dopasowanej odzieży na ramieniu. / Освободите плечо от плотной или
плотно облегающей одежды. / Избягвайте дебели или плътно прилепващи
дрехи върху горната част на ръката. / Evitați imbracaminte groasa sau
stâmta pe braț / Vyhněte se těsnému nebo přiléhavému oděvu na horní části

Place the artery-mark on the cuff over your artery. / Umieść mankiecie na tętnicy.

Position the cuff 1-2 cm above your elbow. / Ustaw mankiet na 1-2 cm
