If an error of any type occurs during the functioning of the device, an error code is generated
by the device and stored on the internal memory. The user can visualize the “Critical error”
screen containing the last error that occurred and the time and date of the occurrence by
switching the device on (1) and keeping the left cursor button (3) pressed until the end of the
auto-test phase. The “Critical error” screen will then be shown until the left arrow button (3) is
released.
NOTE: Carefully note all information displayed on the screen in order to communicate it to
the MicroPort after-sales service or to your distributor if necessary.
To reset the error code memory to zero, switch the device on and keep the right cursor button
(3) pressed until the end of the auto-test phase. A message will confirm the reset.
