Chapter 3: Stack/Pack Discharge
15. If PACK was selected in step 8, re-install the High Voltage
Service Plug and press NEXT.
If the connections between the GRX-5100 and the battery
pack are correct, a BATTERY DETECTED screen is displayed.
16. Press NEXT to begin the discharging process.
Following a GRX-5100 self test, the DISCHARGING screen
is displayed.
17. Use or to view the multiple cell voltage screens and
discharge graph during the discharging process.
Stack/Pack Discharge Results
Once the de-powering session is complete, the results are
displayed on the GRX-5100 using multiple screens.
Use or to the multiple cell voltage screens and discharge
graph screen. Press EXIT to return to the Main Menu.
NOTE:
If the measured voltage is already at the Target
Voltage, no conditioning is required and the session is
aborted.
Refer to Toyota/Lexus/Scion repair manual for procedures to
disconnect the GRX-5100 from the battery stack/pack.
