Attaching the non-stick soleplate
 Place the tip of the iron inside the
non-stick soleplate.
 Pull back the tab, which is located at
the back of the non-stick soleplate.
 Hold the tab in this position.
 Push the iron completely onto the
non-stick soleplate.
 Release the tab again.
The non-stick soleplate is now secured
onto the iron.
 Before you start ironing, let the non-
stick soleplate heat up for approx.
1minute until it has reached the iron-
ing temperature.
The iron is now ready for use.
Removing the non-stick soleplate
 Hold the iron by the handle.
 Risk of burning or scalding due
to hot iron and non-stick soleplate.
The non-stick soleplate is still very
hot after ironing.
Avoid direct contact.
Only touch the tab of the non-stick
soleplate.
 Pull back the tab at the back of the
non-stick soleplate.
 Remove the iron from the non-stick
soleplate.
 Only store the non-stick soleplate in
the bottom storage compartment
after the soleplate has cooled down.
