This steam ironing system complies with current safety require-
ments. Inappropriate use can, however, lead to personal injury and
damage to property.
To avoid the risk of accidents and damage to the steam ironing
system, please read these instructions carefully before using it for
the first time. They contain important information on its safety, in-
stallation, use and maintenance.
Keep these instructions in a safe place and pass them on to any
future owner.
Correct application
The steam iron is intended for light commercial use and not inten-
ded to be used continually.
The steam ironing system must only be used for ironing textiles
which are suitable for ironing according to the care label.
Only use the steam ironing system for the types of application de-
scribed in the operating instructions.
All other types of use are not permitted. Miele cannot be held liable
for damage resulting from incorrect or improper use or operation.
This steam ironing system can be used by children aged eight or
older and by people with reduced physical, sensory or mental cap-
abilities, or lack of experience and knowledge if they are supervised
at all times or if they have been shown how to use it in a safe way
and recognise and understand the consequences of incorrect opera-
tion. Children must not play with the steam ironing system. Users
must not allow children to carry out cleaning or maintenance work
without supervision.
The steam ironing system is not intended for outdoor use.
