A reference to external hardware
appears.
 Confirm with the OKsensor control.
Before initial commissioning, connect
the XCI box or slide a communication
module into the slot on the back of the
washing machine. The washing
machine must be disconnected from
the domestic electrical supply for this
process. Then start the
commissioning process.
Setting the display brightness
You will be asked to select the
brightness of the display.
Display brightness
Darker
Brighter
OK
 Touch the segment bars until you
reach the required level of brightness.
The selected brightness level will be
highlighted in orange.
 Confirm with OK.
The display will change to the next
setting.
Setting the date

 Place your finger on the value that
you want to change and move your
finger in the direction you want.
 Once all values have been selected,
confirm with the OKsensor control.
The display will change to the next
setting.
Confirming the time request
The following question appears in the
display:
Omit clock display?
 Touch the Yes or Nosensor control.
If you select Yes, the system will skip
the Clock displaysetting.
If you select No, the display will switch
to the Clock displaysetting.
