Why does my Miller Millermatic 251 Welding System have no weld output, but the wire feeds?

If your Miller Welding System has no weld output but the wire is feeding, ensure the work clamp has good metal-to-metal contact. Replace the contact tip if necessary. If an overload occurred, release the gun trigger. Also, allow the fan to run to cool the unit if the thermistor is detecting an overheating condition. If HL.P 003 appears on the meters, have a Factory Authorized Service Agent check the main control board and main rectifier. Check the SCR’s in the main rectifier SR1 and replace them if necessary. Check the stabilizer Z1 and main transformer T1 for signs of failure, ensuring proper connections and replacing if needed. Inspect the main control board PC1 and its connections, replacing if necessary.
