Following is the mechanical safety checklist:

1 Caster 1 Visual inspection: Check that casters do not
crack.
2 Operate the casters to check that the locking
and releasing functions are normal.

2 Caster connection 1 Visual inspection: Check that the casters do
not skew, and that the screws do not crack or
fall off.
2 Check with the spanner to make sure that
there is no looseness between the caster and
the base connection screw.

cracks.

Check by hand to ensure that the handle does
not loosen.
