Messaging - Callback
To leave a message waiting indication on a phone when you hear busy or ringback tone:
1. Short press of the
key.
2. Press
to select Message.
3. Press OK.
To respond to a message waiting condition on your telephone:
"MESSAGES" appears in the display when you have callback messages waiting.
1. Short press of the key.
2. Press
to select Message.
3. Press OK.
4. If a password is required, dial your password and press Enter.
5. Press Yes.
6. Do one or all of the following (if desired):
• To display the time the message was sent, press More.
• To display the number of the caller, press More twice.
7. Do one of the following (if desired):
• To call the message sender, press Call.
• To delete the message, press Erase.
• To view the next message, press Message.
To check for messages from a remote station:
1. Long press the
key.
2. Press No until Remote Msgs? appears.
3. Press Yes.
4. Dial your extension number.
5. Press Enter.
6. If a password is required, enter your password and press Enter.
7. Press Yes.
