Also, confirm that the gateway is properly configured: 'autoUpdate' is set to True (default = true), 'dhcpEnabled' is set to True (default = true), and 'configAddress' appears as '0.0.0.0,' indicating the gateway uses DHCP addressing. Remember that a static setting on the gateway will override DHCP options programmed on the 3300 ICP.

From the console, switch to Expert mode and press “F” to display the firmware version, or reboot the gateway and check the console for the firmware version. If the gateway is not running version 1.0.2.3, upgrade the firmware. * If the set is locked out, refer to the “SET LOCKED OUT” action.
