6.1 RJ21 CABLE
6.1.1 RJ21 CABLE RECOMMENDATON
The RJ21 cable reference to use with the Mitel AG4100 gateways is 25 Pair Telco Cable with
180 Degree, 50-Pin RJ21, Male, Bail Lock, Amphenol Connector.
6.1.2 RJ21 WIRE SEQUENCE
The recommended RJ21 cable has 25 pairs of wires but the Analog Gateways only supports 24
pairs, from Pair 0 to Pair 23. The figure below shows the RJ21 wire sequence required:
