4 Putting the unit into service
Prerequisite
Any remaining packaging removed from the cooking zone
Protective film pulled off the housing
1. Clean the unit.
2. Record the information from the nameplate, (see "Nameplate").
3. Switch on the unit and select the
Combisteaming
cooking program
in the Manual cooking mode.
4. Set temperature to 200 °C, (see "Setting the cooking
temperature").
Operate the unit for 20 minutes.
