ROUTINE MAINTENANCE
Safety and daily maintenance are the two most important things to remember when operating machin-

and less expensive. While maintaining your brush chipper, please follow the safety guidelines which are
written in bold print.
ALWAYS REMOVE THE IGNITION
KEY, LOCK OUT THE ENGINE PANEL,
DISENGAGE THE CLUTCH AND IN-
STALL THE DRUM LOCK PIN BE-
FORE ATTEMPTING ANY MAINTE-
NANCE.
DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUM-
STANCES, OPEN THE CHIPPER HOUS-
ING WITHOUT FIRST MAKING SURE
THE CHIPPER DRUM HAS COME TO
A COMPLETE STOP AND THE POWER
UNIT IS OFF.

coolant, use caution when removing radia-

flame near the machine when refueling.
