injury and machine damage.
1. 仅允许有资格的技工执行升降工作。 1. Only qualified technicians are to perform hoisting
work.
2. 当两人或更多人参与提升工件或夹具时，请始终合作和沟
通。
2. When two or more persons are involved in the lifting of
workpieces or fixtures, clear communication and
cooperation is necessary.
3. 只能使用手册中指定尺寸的钢丝、钩环和夹具。此外，使用
强度足够的提升设备以承受负载的重量。
3. Use only wires, shackles and jigs of the dimensions
specified in the manual. Furthermore, lifting equipment
used must be strong enough to support the weight of
the load.
4. 提升工件或夹具前，请检查是否牢固。 4. Before lifting the workpiece or fixture, check that it is
held securely.
5. 脱离地面缓缓上升时，确认工件或夹具在横向和纵向上都可
保持平衡。
5. Ensure the workpiece or fixture is well balanced in
both the crosswise and lengthwise directions when
raised slightly from the floor.
6. 在安装或拆下夹具或工件时，不要在会使托盘升高或倾斜的
方向上施力。
6. When mounting or removing a fixture or workpiece, do
not apply force in directions that will lift or tilt the
pallet.
7. 在安装 / 拆下夹具或托盘交换后装载托盘时，检查工作台和
托盘的相位（相对定位），确保在正确的位置上安装托盘。
7. When loading a pallet after mounting/removing fixtures
or after a pallet change, be sure to mount the pallet in
the correct position by checking the phases (relative
orientation) of the table and the pallet.
7 小心 7 CAUTION
忽略以下的小心会导致有形损坏、严重伤害、机床损坏、机床
使用寿命缩短和破坏加工精度。
Disregard for the cautions below may lead to physical
damage, serious injury, machine damage, machine service
life reduction and impaired machining accuracy.
1. 在装备有APC的机床情况下，切勿在托盘上安置超过允许重
量的工件。当安装夹具和工件时确保负载的平衡。
1. In the case of machines with an APC, do not place a
workpiece exceeding the allowable mass on the pallet.
Ensure a balanced load when mounting fixtures and
workpieces.
2. 当在刀座上夹紧铣刀等刀具时，当刀座在主轴上时不要拧紧
刀座上的刀具。在主轴上安装刀座前，务必使用特殊的刀座
夹紧底座始终拧紧刀座上的刀具。
2. When clamping a tool such as an end mill in the tool
holder, do not tighten the tool in the holder while the
holder is in the spindle. Always tighten the tool in the
holder by using the special tool holder clamp base
before mounting the holder in the spindle.
3. 手动将刀具从主轴上拆下时，在松开切削刀具时确保其已正
确支撑。也要小心确保切削刀具不会掉落。
3. When removing a tool from the spindle manually, make
sure that it is properly supported before unclamping.
Also take care to ensure the cutting tool does not fall.
