The balance of the original
warranty or for ninety (90) days

Exclusions
Normal Wear and Tear.Periodicmaintenance,repairandreplacementofparts
duetonormalwearandtearareexcludedfromcoverage.
Battery.Onlyabatterywhosefullychargedcapacityfallsbelow80%ofthe
ratedcapacityandabatterythatleaksiscoveredbythislimitedwarranty.
Abuse & Misuse.Defectsordamagethatresultfrom:(a)improperoperation,
storage,misuseorabuse,accidentorneglect,suchasphysicaldamage
(cracks,scratches,etc.)tothesurfaceoftheproductresultingfrommisuse;
(b)contactwithliquid,water,rain,extremehumidityorheavyperspiration,
sand,dirtorthelike,extremeheat,orfood;(c)useoftheProductsor
AccessoriesforcommercialpurposesorsubjectingtheProductorAccessory
toabnormalusageorconditions;or(d)otheractswhicharenotthefaultof
MotorolaorSUNCORPareexcludedfromcoverage.
Use of Non-Motorola branded Products and Accessories.Defectsordamage
thatresultfromtheuseofNon-MotorolabrandedorcertiedProductsor
Accessoriesorotherperipheralequipmentareexcludedfromcoverage.
Unauthorized Service or Modication.Defectsordamagesresulting
