Using the Phone
Turning the Phone On and Off
Follow these steps to turn your phone on:
1.
Extend antenna. Extend the antenna for best
performance.
2.
Open the phone.
Open your phone to
expose the keypad.
3.
Press ¡ once to
turn the phone on.
4.
Press ¡ again to
turn the phone off.
Tip:
You can still
place and answer
calls while using
the internal
charger. Keep in
mind that talking
on the phone
requires energy,
so charging will
take more time.
Power On Greeting
Each time you turn on your phone, it performs a self-test to
let you know your phone is operational. When the self-test is
finished, the display shows
on or Aux, and you’re ready to
place or receive calls.
