Storing Names and Numbers
To take advantage of your phone’s internal Phone Book,
first store some names and numbers into memory:
1.
Enter the number. Enter the phone number you
want to store.
2.
Press¬ to begin storing.
The phone prompts you to enter a memory
location. You will see
Location __.
3.
Enter the memory location. Enter the two-
digit memory location where you want the sequence
stored.
or
Press
« to store the sequence in the first available
location.
or
Enter a digit. Enter the first digit of the memory
location, then
press « to store the sequence in
the first available location beginning with that
digit.
4.
Enter a name. Enter a name to identify the
phone number. (See the next page for details on
entering names.) You will see
Alpha Or §.
Tip:
The “§“
symbol in your
display
represents the
Smart Button.
5.
Press , or press ¬, when you are finished
entering the name.
Your phone confirms your entry by displaying the
information you stored.
