If you are using the 300mm riser, anchor the Bolt Jr+ on Pedestal
down to the floor. Refer to the next section for details.
Limitations when using weights
If you are using weights, reduce the top-speed by 50% when you have
the 300mm riser added. With the small riser, reduce the speed by
25%. If you are using both the risers together, then the rig can only
be used at slow speeds.
