29 v. 34
Installation
and commissioning
5.5.2 Connection variant external power regulation via PLC
CAUTION!
Residual voltage
A minimum waiting period of 5 minutes must be observed after
disconnecting the control unit from the power and before opening it
so that the charge of the capacitators can decrease to a safe level.
External power regulation
The power of the vibratory drive can be controlled here via a PLC
and an analogue voltage change. The lower and upper limits of the
performance programmed in the Vib-Control 04 menu are adhered
to.
0V corresponds to the lower limit and 10V the upper limit.
Tips and recommendations
NOTE!
If voltage is already present at the analogue input of
the Vib-Control 04 when switching on, then analogue
values cannot be used for control. The reference for
this voltage is then incorrect.
For this reason, the control circuit of the PLC is
interrupted via the normally closed contacts, terminals
41 and 40, as long as the Vib-Control 04 has no power
