For cylinders with retainers already installed, use the following MSA part numbers.
(6) Hold the cylinder valve assembly tightly and connect the male
adapter to the valve.
(7) Use a torque wrench to tighten the adapter to 13 – 15 ft·lbf
(18 – 20 N·m).
