5. Loosen banjo screw (arrowed).
6. Operate the pump with the handle until bub-
ble-free fuel emerges.
7. Tighten banjo screw.
8. Loosen union nut of fuel return line.
9. Loosen non-return valve (arrowed).
10. Operate the pump with the handle until bub-
ble-free fuel emerges.
11. Tighten non-return valve to specified torque using a torque wrench.
