5.7 Engine – Emergency stop
NOTICE
An emergency stop subjects the engine system to an extremely high load.
Risk of overheating, damage to components!
• Trigger an emergency stop only in emergency situations.
Emergency engine stop from LOP

Emergency stop pushbutton Press pushbutton.
• Engine is stopped by disconnecting the power supply to the ECU;
• Signaling (e.g. by horn, flashing lamp) is tripped.
After emergency engine stop from LOP

• Audible and visual alarm signaling stops.
